Filter Cloths

Depending on your needs, we offer the following cloths:

  • Mono or multifilament
  • Double layer (with integrated drainage grid)
  • PP, Polyester, PA, PTFE, PEEK, ECTFE…
  • Antistatic
  • That do not release fibers into the product
  • Endless cloths (cylindrical cloths), which facilitate assembly compared to basic cloths
  • Our filter cloths for automatic discharge centrifuge baskets: OPLA and OPLAPHARMA (OPE patent) and CLIPPFILTER (KÖGEL FILTER patent and manufacturing): custom-made cloths for guaranteed ultra-fast assembly!

Centrifuge Bags

  • Classic mono or multifilament bags
  • Antistatic multifilament bags loaded with 316L stainless steel fibers

Warning! The use of an antistatic drainage grid does not allow for the dissipation of electrostatic charges if you are using a classic, non-conductive PP bag.

Drainage Grids

The role of drainage grids is too often overlooked!

They allow for:

  • Improved drainage, thus reducing residual moisture and/or cycle time
  • Limiting liquid accumulation, thereby reducing the significance of liquid imbalances (waves)

Our flagship product: the FDA PP grid that does not disintegrate and is very easy to install! All our customers who switch to this reference do not want to change back. Why not test it?

Ropes

We have a wide range of ropes that are manufactured in France on demand, to be adapted to your needs:

  • Diameter, type of assembly (by packing), groove profile, cross-section (round/square), material (PP, Polyester, PA, PTFE, PEEK, Cotton), without fiber shedding (except for cotton)
  • For aggressive environments, we even have PEEK ropes!
  • Individual packaging available upon request

Did you know? Our PP, PEEK, and PTFE ropes are compatible with food contact (FDA 21CFR 177.1520, or 2415 or 1550, CE 1935/2004) and pharmaceutical applications.
