Internal Equipment

  • A. Feeding Pipes Their number, position, and geometry influence the cake's uniformity.
Note that the feeding pipe cannot perform miracles if your feeding conditions have not been optimized!
  • B. Feeding Controller Whether it's a mechanical "all-or-nothing" probe or a non-contact feeding controller with continuous measurement, several solutions exist.
Do not get stuck on solutions from 10 or 20 years ago, which are often inoperative, or on the prices offered by manufacturers!
  • C. Washing Pipe The geometry, number, and position of the washing nozzles determine the washing efficiency, which is a crucial step for the quality of your product.
It is therefore a pity and often ineffective to prolong the duration of this phase...
Did you know? We have managed to reduce washing time by a factor of 2 by optimizing the nozzle model!
  • D. Residual Heel Removal Stop opening your centrifuges to manually unload the residual heel (underlayer, heel, pre-layer...)!
An on-site visit by our expert will allow us to propose the solution adapted to your centrifuge.

Peripheral Equipment

Spring boxes (viscodampers)

  • Strictly identical to the original viscodampers if they are satisfactory, but at more competitive prices
  • Custom-sized if needed

Replace your old and inefficient boxes!

Sight glasses with wipers

  • Adapts in place of your current sight glass
  • PTFE wipers with Hastelloy shaft if required.
  • Viton O-rings, FEP-encapsulated Viton, or even Chemraz

PTFE bellows

  • FDA PTFE, flexible and custom-made
  • Antistatic FDA option
  • Effective in preventing vibration transmission

As an alternative to solutions that don’t work, use our PTFE bellows!

LED or fiber optic lighting

  • Mobile, adjustable, and space-saving

  • Cold light (no “caramelization” on the sight glass)

  • Effective even on dark products or coated centrifuges
